The First Sinner

Most Christians wrongly assume that Sin began with Adam. It is in the light of "sin" occurring previous to the ‘sin of Adam’ that "The Lamb" of God was "slain from the foundation (katabole, the overthrow) of the world (Heb. cosmos, the whole creation arrangement in heaven and on earth).”

Later when Adam sinned and came under the sentence of death, it was revealed that salvation, forgiveness, and new life for mankind had already been planned for by God… before the world began” (cf. Eph. 1:3-4). Thus, we find God’s provision of “the lamb of God who taketh away the sin of the world,” was accomplished first in the heart of God, “from the foundation of the world(Rev 13:8), a time previous to the ‘sin’ of Adam.’

God shed innocent blood, likely in the presence of Adam, in order to provide a skin covering for Adam’s nakedness and his sin. This animal sacrifice was a metaphor for Jesus’ effectual, sacrificial, ‘Life’ Given on Adam’s and our behalf, as we later realize through Paul’s “revelation of the mystery,” the meaning of the Cross. Thus, John the Baptist pointed to Jesus as “the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.”

Here Paul’s makes it clear that “sin and death” existed prior to God placing Adam in the garden - by one man Sin (the Sin-nature of Satan) Entered INTO The World (from outside), and death by that sin;” (Rom. 5:12)

“Sin” came from outside the world (from the highest heaven) into Adam, affecting the whole world’s (cosmos) arrangement. We must look back even farther than Adam for the real beginning of Sin’s ruin… we find evidence of sin first appearing ‘apart’ from manin Lucifer who sinned and then marketed his evil.

“How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! 13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: 14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. 15Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell (Isaiah 14:12-15a, KJV)
“(Lucifer) By the multitude (abundance) of thy merchandise (by-product) they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub…(Eze. 28:16)

He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil SINNETH from the beginning (before Gen 1:2) (1 Jn 3:8a)

There is no redemption available to Lucifer, but God did plan and has provided for man to receive and enjoy the new life that we know as the resurrected, eternal, life that is only found in “the Son.’ (1John 5:11-12)

God’s plan was His “promise of life” to overcome death for man, planned even before sin and death had entered the universe…  in the form of “the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.(Rev. 13:8)

- Paul’s gospel promises Christ’s life will come into the “inner man” of those who believe his gospel.

…  strengthened with might by his Spirit IN the inner man;” (Eph. 3:16) “if Christ be In you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is LIFE (Zoë, God’s Spirit-life) because of righteousness. 11But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell IN you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken (enliven) your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth IN you.” (Rom 8:10-11)

- Paul writes of the promise of Life which is in Christ Jesus.” (2 Tim. 1:1)

- Paul again writes concerning “eternal life, which God… promised BEFORE the world began.” (Titus 1:2)

What a comfort for believers, those who’ve received and possess the eternal righteous lifethat is “in the Son.” Apart from Christ there’s only death for man, which is the opposite of life. “God’s love for the world” is first mentioned in John 3:16. Note that His manner of loving (not the amount) was the ‘giving of His Son in death to be life for us. This was one act... occurring at one time… for the whole world (cosmos, the whole created, but cursed, arrangement). Yet the only ones who will ever benefit by that love-act are those who will BELIEVE. There is no other way. God’s love and life must be accepted as a gift coming… through the Son.

The Christ Rejectors have no other hope. God has not loved the world in any other way or manner. This is the one way … you either take it or leave it. Those who “have not the Son have not life and the wrath of God abides on themand there is no such life for them. (1John 5:11-12)

This clearly answers all the wishful thinking of deceived, willingly ignorant mankind… who say, God is love so He must love the world, and in some way, in the end all will be saved. This is not true, but a vain, empty hope, a philosophy, a snare and a lie of the Serpent who also told Eve “Thou shalt not surely die.” (Gen. 2:17).
