Modern Bibles Are Corrupted Versions, including the NIV, NASB, ESV, etc., needing to be compared with the King James Version

Paul always defers saying; “WHAT SAITH THE SCRIPTURE (Gk. graphe, the written words)?” (Rom 4:3 (KJV)

Paul speaks out “of purity,” and “as of God,” writing “the Commandments of the Lord.”

Paul wrote: “I am THE Apostle to the Gentiles” (Romans 11:13 KJV) and…

1 Corinthians 14:37 (KJV) If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I (Paul) write unto you are the commandments of the Lord.

2 Corinthians 2:17 (KJV) For we are not as many, which Corrupt the Word of God: but as of sincerity (Gk. eilikrineia, purity), But As Of God, in the sight of God Speak We In Christ.

2 Corinthians 4:2 (KJV) (Paul and company) have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, Nor Handling The Word Of God Deceitfully (not adulterated); but by manifestation of The Truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God.

Paul warns:

2 Timothy 4:3 (KJV) For the time will come when they (the believers) will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts (Gk. epithymia, desires) shall they heap (acquire) to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

Titus 1:14 Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from The Truth.

Paul writes to Timothy: 2 Tim 3:14-17 But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; ¹⁵ And that from a child thou hast known THE HOLY SCRIPTURES, which ARE ABLE TO MAKE THEE WISE UNTO SALVATION Through FAITH which IS IN CHRIST JESUS. ¹⁶ ALL SCRIPTURE (the Written Words) IS GIVEN BY INSPIRATION OF GOD (God-breathed), and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: ¹⁷ That the man of God may be perfect (complete), throughly (Gk., exartizo, inwardly) furnished unto all good (acceptable) works.

Doctrine of INSPIRATION of The ‘Words’ of The Bible: Verbal plenary inspiration means that every word found in the Bible is given to us by God (verbal) and written down, thus that everything in the Bible is authoritative. The very “words” and thus the ‘wording’ in the Bible are inspired - not the writers but ‘the words.’ God told Moses “write THE WORDS” (Exo 17:14). The phrase “inspiration of God” is the Greek, “theopneusto,” meaning “the breath of God.” The “word of God” is derivative of God’s “Spirit.” The Greek word pneuma, is ‘air in motion,’ and is Biblically translated “spirit” or “breath.”

Note who is speaking in these verses, and also that the Words are Written down.

The Written Ten Commandments:

Exo 24:12 And the LORD said unto Moses, Come up to me into the mount, and be there: and I will give thee tables of stone, and a law, and commandments which I have written; that thou mayest teach them.

Then The 1^st copy:

Exodus 34:1 the LORD said unto Moses, Hew thee two tables of stone like unto the first: and I will write upon these tables the words that were in the first tables, which thou brakest.

The Written Words of God came out of His Mouth: Matthew 4:4 But he (Jesus) answered and said, It is WRITTEN, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by Every Word That Proceedeth Out Of The Mouth Of God.

Jesus is the Living Word of God: John 6:63 It is the spirit that quickeneth (gives life); the flesh profiteth nothing: THE WORDS THAT I (Jesus) SPEAK UNTO YOU, THEY ARE SPIRIT, and THEY ARE LIFE.

David’s Prophetic Words are Written: Acts 1:16 this Scripture (Gk. graphe, means the written words) must needs have been fulfilled, which the Holy Ghost by the mouth of David spake before concerning Judas, which was guide to them that took Jesus.

Paul quotes Isaiah’s Words: Acts 28:25 when they agreed not among themselves, they departed, after that Paul had spoken one word, Well spake the Holy Ghost by Esaias the prophet unto our fathers,

Peters Declares Prophecy came from God Via Men: 2 Peter 1:21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

The Doctrine of PRESERVATION of God’s Written Words has been abandoned in Christendom today. The Word was Preserved via Copies.

Deut 17:14-15, 18 When thou art come unto the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee… ¹⁵ Thou shalt in any wise set him king over thee, whom the LORD thy God shall choose: one from among thy brethren shalt thou set king over thee… ¹⁸and it shall be, when he sitteth upon the throne of his kingdom, that he (the Scribe) shall WRITE HIM (the King) A COPY OF THIS LAW (The Mosaic Law) IN A BOOK out of that which is before the priests the Levites:

Isaiah 30:8 Now go, write it before them in a table, and NOTE IT IN A BOOK, that it may be for the time to come for ever and ever:
Jeremiah 1:9 (KJV) Then the LORD put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the LORD said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth.

Jeremiah 30:2 (KJV) Thus speaketh the LORD God of Israel, saying, Write thee all the words that I have spoken unto thee in a book.

Psalm 12:6-7 The WORDS OF THE LORD are pure words…. ⁷ Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt PRESERVE THEM from this generation for ever.
Psalm 119:89 For ever, O LORD, THY WORD IS SETTLED in heaven.
Psalm 119:160 Thy word is true from the beginning…

1 Peter 1:25 … THE WORD OF THE LORD ENDURETH FOR EVER.

Jesus later affirmed the copies, saying in Mark 12:10 And have ye not read this scripture; The stone which the builders rejected is become the head of the corner:
Jesus said in Matthew 22:31 But as touching the resurrection of the dead, have ye not READ that which was SPOKEN UNTO YOU BY GOD, saying,
Paul affirmed the copies: 2 Timothy 3:15 And that from a child thou hast known THE HOLY SCRIPTURES, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

IDENTIFICATION of the Written WORD of God for the English Speaking People Today:

Perversions of the Word exist today in the form of NIV, ESV, NASB, AMP, RSV, NKJV Bibles, etc., it’s nothing new.

Jeremiah 23:36 (KJV) ...ye have PERVERTED THE WORDS OF THE LIVING GOD…

Mark 4:15 (KJV) SATAN COMETH … and TAKETH AWAY THE WORD… sown in their hearts.

Most pastors and Christians consider the Modern New Age Bible translations they use as ‘harmless,’ but they are not. There has been a concerted effort to corrupt the word of God. Satan seeks a ‘universal Bible’ of his own, as the basis for unifying all religions into a one-world religion, under a one-world government led by the coming false messiah, the Anti-Christ, possessed by Satan himself. Satan’s Modern Bibles diminish the pure Gospel of Christ, His deity, His virgin birth, and the redeeming power of His Shed Blood.

You might ask; how can you say that? If you compare the modern translations carefully with the Authorized King James Bible, verse for verse, you will see that there is a concerted effort to diminish the place and distinctiveness of Jesus as “the Son of God,” and His blood shed that was “for the sins of the world.”  As you will see, many words and phrases are missing or altered, while also many whole verses are missing.

Even The New King James Bible Version has 100,000 changes from the KJV. It omits “hell” 22 times, “blood” 23 times, “repent” 44 times, “heaven” 50 times, “God” 51 times, “Lord” 66 times, and “devils,” “damnation,” and “JEHOVAH,” are completely omitted. Most all modern translations (NIV, ESV, NASB, AMP, RSV, Living Bible, et al) have been similarly corrupted because they are most all translated from the very same “new” corrupted 1881 Greek text that was assembled by Westcott and Hort. These two men drew their “new” Greek text from the disputed Alexandrian and Latin Vulgate text. Of the 600 existing oldest manuscripts, only two agree with these, while 598 agree with the KJV. A group of ‘scholars’ in Alexandria, Egypt thought they could do better than the ‘Received Text’ of the Textus Receptus manuscripts used for the Authorized King James Translation of 1611. They made their ‘corrections’ that they thought better presented what the Scriptures ‘should say’ rather than what is ‘does say.’ Some of their errors were gross blunders but others are subtle such as the slight word changes to take away the deity of Christ – saying “the Son,” rather than “the Son of God.” They actually removed forty (40) whole verses they didn’t like; e.g., Act 8:37.

The Textus Receptus is the New Testament Greek text that has been used by Christians for nearly 2,000 years. Over 99% of the 5,200 existing Greek New Testament manuscripts are in agreement with the text of the English KJV Authorized Version of 1611. Yet, the Alexandrian text and Sinaiticus of 1881 has recently been the most influential in the so-called modern, critical editions of the Greek New Testament, achieving widespread acceptance in the Greek text developed by Westcott & Hort (1881), culminating in the United Bible Society Nestle-Aland 27th edition of the New Testament. The Catholic RSV of 1965 and NSRV of 1981 are based on the “second hand” Latin Vulgate Text.

So, who are Westcott & Hort? Brooke Foss Westcott (1825-1903) and Fenton John Anthony Hort (1828-1892). They have been highly controversial figures in biblical history. On one side, their supporters have heralded them as great men of God, having greatly advanced the search for the original Greek text. On the other side, their opponents have leveled charges of heresy, infidelity, apostasy, and many others, claiming that they are guilty of WREAKING GREAT DAMAGE ON THE TRUE TEXT OF SCRIPTURE.”

Consider these comments concerning Westcott and Hort.

“It cannot be said that they believed that one could attain Heaven by either works or faith, since both believed that Heaven exists only in the mind of man.” Westcott believed in and attempted to practice a form of Communism…

Westcott & Hort believed it possible to communicate with the dead (called ‘necromancy’) and they made many attempts to do just that through a society which they organized, called “The Ghostly Guild.”  Westcott accepted and promoted prayers for and to the dead. Necromancy, or communion with the dead, is forbidden by the Lord in Deuteronomy 18:10-11. Hort was a proponent of Darwin and his theory of evolution. These men are the main source of today’s corrupted modern Bibles – NIV, NASB, ESV, AMP, Living Bible, etc.!

Listed below are just a few of the Bible verses that you could check to see IF YOUR BIBLE HAS BEEN CORRUPTED or NOT. Simply compare the verses of the KJV with the NIV, NASB, RSV, etc.

Now compare the KJV (above) with the NIV and NASB, being typical of the corrupted New Age Bible translations; yet they are the standard for many Fundamentalist Bible Schools.

Mark 1:2 (NIV) It is written in ISAIAH the prophet: “I will send my messenger ahead of you…

Mark 1:2 (NASB) As it is written in ISAIAH the prophet: “Behold, I send My messenger …

Isaiah? Well Isaiah 40:3 comes close BUT the words “I Will Send My Messenger” (KJV) are missing.

Isaiah 40:3 KJV The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the LORD…

So what’s up? Actually, Mark 1:2 Is Quoting the Prophet Malachi 3:1 – NOT ISAIAH.

Malachi 3:1 (KJV) Behold, I Will Send My Messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me…

So these Bible contain flat out errors, upon which critics can disparage the true Word of God.

You might well question how so-called ‘Bible scholars’ can adopt such corrupted Bibles.

Here below we compare the KJV verses with that of the corrupt modern bibles, noting more contradictions and errors.

> Who killed Goliath?

1 Samuel 17:49-50 (KJV) describes how David “took out a stone, and slung it, and struck the Philistine (‘Goliath’ cf. v23) on his forehead and he fell on his face to the ground ⁵⁰ David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and with a stone, and struck the Philistine, and killed him”

But 2 Samuel 21:19 in the NIV, NASB, etc. read; “In another battle with the Philistines at Gob, Elhanan son of Jaare-Oregim the Bethlehemite killed Goliath…”

The KJV corrects the error; 2 Samuel 21:19 (KJV) And there was again a battle in Gob with the Philistines, where Elhanan the son of Jaareoregim, a Bethlehemite, slew THE BROTHER of Goliath the Gittite, the staff of whose spear was like a weaver’s beam.

These above are only a couple of many major errors in the New Age Bible translations.

IT’S SOIMPORTANT TO HAVE ALL the VERSES WITH ALL the WORDS!

Matthew 17:21 (KJV) Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting.

Mark 9:44, 46, 48 (KJV) Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched

Acts 8:37 (KJV) And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that JESUS CHRIST IS THE SON OF GOD.

1 John 5:7 (KJV) For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. (This is an attack on the Triune Godhead!)

> Who is Jesus’ father? We know from Matt 1:20 KJV Jesus was conceived of the Father by the Holy Spirit.

Luke 2:33 (KJV) And Joseph and his mother marvelled at those things which were spoken of him (Jesus). (Note that Joseph is not called Jesus’ father as it is below.)

Luke 2:33 (NIV, NASB, etc.) The child’s FATHER and mother marveled…

This attacks Jesus of Nazareth as “the Son of God,” conceived by the Holy Spirit, not Joseph.

> Were all things created by Jesus Christ?           Yes,  But NOT in the NIV, NASB, etc.

Ephesians 3:9 (KJV) And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who Created All Things By Jesus Christ:

Ephesians 3:9 (NIV) and to make plain to everyone the administration of this mystery, which for ages past was kept hidden in God, who created all things. (Note what is missing in the NIV!)

> Jesus is “the Alpha and Omega, first & Last”! NOT in the NIV, NASB, etc.

Revelation 1:11 (KJV) Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea.

Revelation 1:11 (NIV, NASB, etc.) which said: “Write on a scroll what you see and send it to the seven churches: to Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia and Laodicea.”

Note what is missing (above).This is yet another attack on the Son of God as the eternal God!

> DOES GOD’S “WORD” MATTER? God’s “Name” IS “above ALL blessing and praise.” Compare these verse in the KJV and NIV below.

Nehemiah 9:5b (KJV) … Stand up and bless the LORD your God for ever and ever: and blessed be thy glorious NAME, WHICH “IS” EXALTED ABOVE ALL blessing and praise.

Nehemiah 9:5 (NIV) …Stand up and praise the Lord your God, who is from everlasting to everlasting.” “Blessed be your glorious name, and “MAY IT BE” exalted above all blessing and praise.

> Yet, God has placed His WORD above His NAME! Compare the text. Words Matter!

Psalm 138:2 (KJV) I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee. ² I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified THY WORD ABOVE ALL THY NAME.

Psalms 138:1-2 (NIV, NASB., etc.) I will praise you, O Lord, with all my heart; before the “gods” I will sing your praise. ² I will bow down toward your holy temple and will praise your name for your love and your faithfulness, for you have exalted above all things your name AND your word.

THE WRITTEN “WORD” is PERFECT

Psalm 19:7-10 {KJV) The law (written instruction in the Torah, the Pentateuch) of the LORD is perfect (without blemish), converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple. ⁸ The statutes (commandments) of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes. ⁹ The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether. ¹⁰ More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.

1 Thess 2:13 (KJV) For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us (Paul and his), ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, THE WORD OF GOD, which EFFECTUALLY WORKETH ALSO IN YOU THAT BELIEVE.
