"... THIS DAY have I begotten Thee."
In Psalm 2:7 we find the prophetic words: “I will declare the decree: The Lord hath said unto Me, Thou art My Son: THIS DAY have I begotten Thee.”
Should we ask: “What day?” was “This Day,” when exactly was Christ officially declared to be the Son of God?” We will find the answer here in Acts 13:33 in Paul’s words:

Here I will address four Biblical bodily resurrections.
The very first bodily resurrection from the dead is that of the Lord Jesus Himself.
John 12:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except (unless) a corn (grain) of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit.
Rejoice greatly, O Daughter of Zion! Shout, Daughter of Jerusalem! See, your king comes to you, righteous and having salvation, gentle and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey (Zechariah 9:9).
In Ephesians 2:8-9 Paul tells us faith in Christ is the basis of our salvation. Paul also wrote of the simple basis of our salvation under today's "the gospel of the grace of God" (Acts 16:31) as being;
"If you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified (declared righteous before God), and it is with your mouth that you confess (profess) and are saved." (Romans 10:9-10, NIV, with emphasis added)
